Meet your instructor
Sarah Mason
I’m Sarah, a certified Pilates and yoga instructor who is passionate about helping people move better- and feel better doing it. I believe movement doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful—and that it can (and should) feel good. My classes focus on building strength, stability, and body awareness, all while leaving space for exploration and play.
