The word drift means a slow, continuous movement from one place to another, and that’s the essence of this space: a reminder that movement doesn’t have to be rigid or linear, but can flow with the seasons of your life.

The inspiration comes from water and the natural world — from days spent diving beneath the surface, swimming with the tides, paddling through quiet coves, and watching currents shape the shore. Like water, movement teaches us to adapt, soften, and find resilience in change.

Classes draw from Pilates, yoga, strength training, breathwork, and meditation, offering practices that build capacity from the inside out. With mindful attention to mobility, fascia, and the nervous system, Drift invites you into movement that supports and sustains you — wherever your current takes you.
